The three contact forms ask for your first name, last name, email address, what you are writing about, and your message.
The form also records the country your connection comes from.
We use what you send to answer you. Nothing else.
Each form runs a check by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from a script. For that check Cloudflare sees your IP address and some details about your browser. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that check.
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every host, Cloudflare keeps short lived access logs that include IP addresses.
Form submissions are stored with Cloudflare. Cloudflare's servers may be outside Canada, including in the United States.
We keep submissions for the current edition of the market and delete them after it.
If we turn on email notices, each submission is also sent to us by email through Brevo, a service based in the European Union.
We reply to your message. That is all we use your email address for.
We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it in writing.
This site shows photos of real people at past markets.
If you are in one and want it taken down, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
Registration for the market happens on Eventbrite under Eventbrite's own terms and privacy policy.
